Model Tenancy Act (MTA) will Usher a New Era for Rental Markets in India

Mr. Ankit Kansal (Founder & MD- 360 Realtors) has shared his opinion with Money Control and Financial Express on RBI’s decision to keep the repo rate unchanged. He said that it was on the expected line to curb inflation. However, Mr. Kansal has urged that the GOI must try to control prices of cement and steel to help the construction and Real Estate sector.
