Alongside the KRAs and fulfilment of individual goals, our R&R has also emphasized a lot on discipline, commitment, and punctuality, which are some of the guiding principles of life@360 Realtors.
R&Rs at our organisation has not just resulted in boosting employee morale, improve their overall productivity, and nurture better team spirit but also helped us realize higher retention. In an industry which is marred by high attrition rates, 360 Realtors enjoys impressive retention.
While there have been multiple hues in the tapestries, from cultural bonding to better compensation, our R&R policies have also played a critical role. A well-designed R&R policy cornered on regularly recognizing the employees for their valuable contribution to the organisation has been highly beneficial.
